FAQ
Q. Do you teach your birds to step up and talk?
A. During socialization time with our birdies, we do provide plenty of
interaction and some start mimicking sounds before they leave our
nursery…We also begin to teach them to step up and each bird
masters this command on their own time…Some will be fully trained
to step up by the time they meet their new family and some will be

still learning. Consistency, frequent handling, and interaction are
the key factors in teaching your parrot to talk and to step up, so it is
important to continue training your birdie on a regular basis.

Q. What is your health guarantee?
A. We warrant our birdies to be free from genetic defects. They
undergo basic health evaluation before they leave our care. A full
vet examination and health certificate is also available upon request
for an additional fee. Once birds leave our care, we can no longer be
held responsible.  We will replace birds found to have a major birth
defect or unforeseen deformity resulting in birds' death.  The Buyer
has 72 hours from the moment of purchase to have the bird
examined by a certified avian veterinarian.  If a life threatening
health issues are determined by a certified avian specialist within a

Aviary and Kennel, and it is reviewed and verified by Beaks and
Paws Aviary and Kennel, the Buyer may return the bird and receive
a refund of the purchase price.
